Detailed Description
Structure & Support
The overall structural design features a medium-sized 80mm synthetic preservative timber for the head, which has excellent resistance to cracking and warping, ensuring long-lasting sturdiness and durability.
The connecting pipe is made of 88mm diameter steel pipe with a wall thickness of 2.0mm to ensure its toughness and durability. The special plastic spraying treatment also plays a role in outdoor anti-corrosion. The use of fluorine arc welding technology provides a reliable guarantee for the stability of the connecting pipe, so that it can withstand the test of the sun and rain and other harsh weather conditions.
Fabric & Treatment
The inner tent material is made of 900D encrypted Oxford cloth in khaki colour. This high-density Oxford cloth not only has excellent tear resistance, but also excels in waterproofing. Through professional treatment, this inner tent material achieves an effective waterproof effect, which can provide users with a dry resting environment during outdoor activities.
This 900D encrypted Oxford fabric has hydrostatic pressure (WP5000) properties, which have been experimentally proven to be effective in preventing water penetration under high water pressure. This allows the inner tent to securely protect the user from moisture and rain even in wet or rainy climates.
Unique Design Features
The surface treatment adopts a special anti-corrosion plastic spraying process to ensure that the colour will not fade after a long time of use in harsh outdoor environments. The connecting pipes are made of sturdy 2.0mm wall thickness steel tubes, which are welded by fluorine arc welding technology to ensure not only a strong connection, but also the ability to withstand the sun and rain. The 80 mm synthetic anti-corrosion timber in the header offers superior durability and is less prone to cracking and warping, ensuring that the entire structure is solid. This timber has been treated with a special process to make it tougher and more adaptable to all climatic conditions.
